Returns

Due to the nature of our product, you can return DRYPRO within 10 days of delivery of your order.

We strongly recommend that you try it on as soon as you receive the product to ensure it is the right size.

We will make the size change within the 10-day period.

Any damaged or defective product is replaced within our warranty program.

Products that have been used do not have a return guarantee for hygiene reasons.

Return conditions

In the event that you have made the wrong size, you have to assume the return costs.

We offer you a service in case you are not sure of the size, which includes shipping, the return bag, the collection label at your home and the sending of the new size if you want the replacement and we have a size for the change.

Defective products

Within our guarantee, any product defective due to manufacturing will be replaced or the amount of the product refunded.

Make sure you choose the right size, the product will not protect correctly if it cannot perform its vacuum function.

Before using it, make sure that there are no spaces left, after creating a vacuum with the pump that comes with the product.

Make appropriate and rational use of the cover in your water activities. An activity that may cause a loss of vacuum will lose its sealing properties and your cast or bandage will be exposed to water.

All our products have a guarantee against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery to your home.

This warranty does not include improper use, wear, tear, degradation due to exposing the protectors to the sun for a long time or other conditions generated by wear and tear through the use of the protector.

In the event that your product is defective, you can opt for an exchange or a refund of the amount of your order, and in any case, we will collect it from your home and return it to our warehouses.
